
Corsha was hired to her current position as Project Manager of the Rapid Rehousing Program with the Salvation Army in June, 2020. She is a 25-year human services professional who has supervised, developed, and evaluated programs for approximately 3,000 youth, family, and elderly/disabled populations within nonprofit management. She has written grants and monitored budgets in excess of $2.5 million and is proficient in case management and care coordination; strategic planning; supervisions and personnel performance management; policy development and advocacy; analyzing, reporting and presentation; crisis management; and coalition-building with community groups.
Corsha has a Doctor of Educations (Ed.D.) in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and an MPA from UNC Charlotte.
